Drug Testing (company account)- Call for quote

Fees vary depending on company volume and tests required.  We can perform DOT, NON - DOT, lab testing, instant testing, and breath alcohol, either on site or in office.  Full consortium, random pool management services are also available.

DOT Drug Test (single test)- $50

Drug testing is performed at our Burnsville office or on-site.* Drivers must have ID and be prepared for their appointment. If testing runs beyond our normal business hours, a $200 overtime surcharge will be assessed.

Suspicion / Observed / Return to Duty - $100 surcharge added
Emergency After hours - $200 surcharge added
Post Accident, on site - $200 surcharge added
Emergency and Post Accident services available until 12am, 7 days a week.

Collection Fees Only - $25

For companies with established lab accounts. Driver will have forms, collection cup and shipping label with them.

NON DOT Drug Testing

  • Pre-employment drug testing, employee drug tests, random testing, whatever your testing needs - odds are we can take care of it! 
  • Below is just a small sample, feel free to call us with your specific needs.
  • - 6 Panel Drug Test - $50
  • - 10 Panel Drug Test - $57
  • - 11 Panel Drug Test - $65
  • - Add EtG urine Alcohol testing to 10 or 11 panel for $10
  • - 6 Panel Instant Test (POCT)- $45, with lab review of positives (account setup required).
  • - Breath Alcohol $25 can be used as a screening (positives would need to be sent for blood confirmation)

ALL TESTS INCLUDE:
MRO review for DOT tests, optional for all others.
We use SAMSHA Certified Labs.
Samples collected before 6pm are sent out the same day.
Turn around time can be between 1-4 days depending on the test.
