Savage / Prior Lake Private Office

Option 2 - At Work Physicals / Drug Testing

We will do our best to match your schedule needs. All you need is a private room and a restroom. This is a great way to get a number of employees certified at one time, with very little down time. There is no mess to worry about, urine cups and gloves are disposed of in the restroom. No need for a change of clothes, any light fitting clothing is fine.

Company physicals are usually scheduled at least a week in advance. Occasionally a short notice appointment is possible. Employees can be scheduled every 15min consecutively.

Company accounts can be set up and invoiced. Companies may also send drivers to our office for the standard office fee.

There can be a travel fee associated with this option and a minimum fee applies.

Please have your forms filled out PRIOR to your visit, if at all possible. This will save you lots of time when you arrive for your appointment. Click here for the forms page.

Remember that there is a urinalysis with your physical, so you'll have to leave a urine sample! There will be an additional fee if you need to return to the office to complete your urinalysis.

Available hours may fluctuate depending on the week. We do on location physicals as well, so just because there are listed office hours, doesn't mean the doors will be open! The use of gowns is not necessary, your street clothes are just fine, but please do not wear bulky or dirty work clothes. You will need to remove those items at the door.
